Michael's beloved Neverland Ranch is up for sale.In 2005 he said that he would never return to his former home and now 9 years later, it is up for sell. The estate only owns some of the stake holding in the ranch, the rest is owned by Colony Capital LLC.They gained partial ownership after Michael defaulted on a loan he had with the company. The estate says that they are sad to see the ranch for sale. Potential buyers are looking at an estimated price of 60-70 million USD. Neverland was built on land designated for agriculture,so chances are that the buyer would not be able to turn it into a museum or place for the fans to visit without a long process with the state of California. So far no interested parties have come forward with an offer.
